Please talk to your employees about their driving behavior. This kid almost hit me and another truck this morning when he ran a red light.

We had windows installed two years ago and still lacked one that didn’t show up with the initial order. The owner at the time sent the installer back out to measure it early on, and we still don’t have that last window. We paid for everything up front. I’ve messaged the company numerous times with only one response since the summer. The response was basically putting the blame on the prior owner and telling me they’d check with him. That was in August and I’ve sent three messages since with zero response. At this point, we are going another route with the window, and I just want a refund for the cost of the window and installation. Lack of customer service just ticks me off and this may be the only way I get any satisfaction. It’s not just about the money, I don’t like being ignored after we have been more than patient.
